Hi Duncan - I have a few more to add:
1. Thinking too narrowly about the invention. Sure ot may solve your initial problem, but are there other, broader applications of the invention?
2. Do you even know what you already have in your portfolio, and how you might add to it?
3. Do you know the value you want to derive from your portfolio? Does your current IP match up with that value?
Does anybody have anything else they want to add?
