Santa Barbara, California US
In Santa Barbara there is no off-season, and there’s always a pleasant climate. It would be wonderful to always be in such a place where there is no off-season and such a great atmosphere. I feel that in our firm, it’s similar, there is no off season and the atmosphere is great. There is work and fun and there’s plenty of down time for real quality of life.

Thursday, December 17, 2009 — IP ON THE NET, STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF IP, GLOBAL IP STRATEGY New force in Europe - EPLAW patent blogby Duncan BucknellAccess to patent law information across Europe just got easier. The European Patent Lawyers Association recently launched their EPLAW patent blog and it looks very interesting indeed. It has a noteworthy advisory board (including The Rt. Hon. Lord Justice Jacob) and an impressive Editorial Board covering 11 jurisdictions so far.
While IPKat will always have a special place in our European IP law resource toolkit (and it's not a competition anyway), we will certainly be watching this new blog closely and look forward to seeing it grow.
